Privacy policy
This site collects the bare minimum: the information you send us voluntarily through the contact form. No accounts, no newsletter, no data resale.
Who is responsible for your information
TRACTR, 9186-0338 Québec inc., is responsible for the personal information collected on this site. Under the GDPR, it is also the data controller. Its contact details are given in the legal notice.
The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Olivier Tarbès, founder and majority shareholder of TRACTR. He can be reached at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, email address, company, a description of your need, the tools you use and the kind of support you are interested in. That data serves one purpose: answering your request.
No data is used for advertising, passed to third parties for commercial purposes, or enriched from other sources.
Recipients and processors
Your message is recorded in Twenty, TRACTR's CRM, where the TRACTR team reads it. It is passed on by a Cloudflare Pages function (Cloudflare, Inc.) that receives the form.
The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). To tell a visitor from a bot, Turnstile analyzes technical signals from your browser as well as your IP address. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse, and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies and third-party content
The site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a technical value in your browser (cookie or local storage), strictly necessary to protect the form.
The site embeds no video or player hosted by a third party. Some pages contain links to external sites (for example YouTube or Spotify): your browser contacts those services only if you click, and their own privacy policy then applies.
Site traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). This tool uses no cookie or local storage for measurement, does not track individual visitors and does not rebuild their journey over time from their IP address. It provides totals: pages viewed, referring pages, countries, device types and browsers. It is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction, its deletion, or its communication in a structured, commonly used technological format. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]: we respond within thirty days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Visitors residing in the European Union
TRACTR is established in Canada and offers its services to people located in the European Union: the GDPR applies to the information you send us. The commitments described above are the same, and your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability are exercised at the same address, [email protected].
Your information is processed in Canada, in France and in the United States, where our team and our providers are located: the Recipients and processors section gives the detail, and the Hosting section of the legal notice identifies the site's host.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
