No, we don't just work with startups

It is often believed that TRACTR only supports startups. It's not true. We also work with SMEs, more traditional companies, research laboratories that share the same challenges. Supporting evidence in this article.

When we talk about TRACTR, many people imagine that we only work with startups.

It is true that we support a lot of them and that is even the majority of our customers.

Together, we co-build digital products and services by going through key steps: creating an MVP, automating their first processes, implementing AI tools to go quickly without burning their budget... The list is long!

But reducing our role to” Studio for startups ” is a mistake somewhere.

First because basically, a Startup is nothing but a business. And the challenges it faces: increasing efficiency, reducing costs, quickly testing new ideas... These concern all organizations, whether it is an SME, a consulting firm, an association or even a research laboratory.

The same challenges, regardless of size or sector

What brings a startup closer to a company that is already established is not its legal form or its age: it is his desire and his ability to innovate.

  • One Plumbing SMEs must find ways to simplify its internal operations to absorb more customers without exploding its costs.
  • One record label must automate its administrative processes to focus on what matters most: artists and their music.
  • One training organization must optimize its data management, use tools to streamline the management of courses and deliver more value to its learners.
  • One research laboratory must structure its workflows to accelerate the production and sharing of knowledge.

For several years, we have had the pleasure of supporting very different structures. Here are some concrete examples below.

La Tanière — Production house and entertainment agency in Quebec

Tanière has been supporting Quebec and international artists in their artistic tours and projects for more than ten years. She values a collaborative approach where the artist is at the heart of the development of his career.

→ TRACTR worked on the setting up automations and tools No-code (n8n, Airtable) and custom workflows to simplify internal management and allow teams to focus on what matters most: artists and the public.

Coup de Clé Plomberie — Eco-friendly plumber in Bordeaux

Company specialized in plumbing repair and installation, Coup de Clé is distinguished by its eco-responsible approach: bicycle interventions in the Bordeaux area, price transparency, efficiency from the first visit.

→ TRACTR supports it in optimizing its internal processes and in implementing tools to streamline the management of interventions and customer relationships (making appointments, monitoring stocks, etc.).

Ouvroir — Research laboratory at the University of Montreal

L'Ouvroir of art history and digital museology explores the uses of digital technology for research, conservation and cultural mediation. This laboratory brings together researchers, students and professionals around innovative collaborative projects.

→ TRACTR supports L'Ouvroir with their technical needs, the structuring of their API and the visualization of their data, thus facilitating collaboration and scientific production.

NOVE Concept — Training organization in Avignon

For over 25 years, NOVE Concept offers certification courses and skills assessments for adults. Face-to-face, remote or hybrid, its courses adapt to the needs of the public, private or associative sectors.

→ TRACTR helps them adapt their tools and automate certain administrative processes in order to offer a fluid experience to learners.

These examples show one thing: regardless of the sector, tech tools are at the service of processes, business expertise and are there to support activity.

AI, no-code and automation: universal levers

For a long time, digital transformation meant big IT projects, colossal budgets and endless deadlines.

In other words, rather reserved for large companies.

Today, that time is over.

Businesses of all sizes now have powerful levers at their disposal:

  • The no-code/low-code, which allows you to quickly create tailor-made applications and tools without going through heavy development.
  • Automation, which frees teams from repetitive tasks so they can focus on the core business, where they produce the essentials and the maximum value.
  • AI, who is not only a way to improve decision making or the customer experience. It is an ongoing revolution that, in the coming years, will re-question many current practices, transform entire sectors and perhaps even reinvent certain professions.

These tools aren't just for startups. They are available to any organization that is ready to rethink the way they work.

Getting support now on these issues means giving yourself the means to approach the future of your business with clarity and to stay ahead of your market.

Whether it is a startup looking for a product-market fit or an SME that wants to gain in efficiency, the question is the same:

How to use market technologies to innovate effectively?

So in summary: no, we don't only work with startups.

We work with all companies that want solve problems, turn their ideas into concrete results.
